Frauche, operated by INFINITE ENDEAVORS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• In the original packaging with tags attached
• Not worn, washed, or damaged

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or neglect

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at hello@frauche.com or call +1 775-438-3801 to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once we approve the return, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any tags and invoices.
5. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received. Frauche is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@frauche.com or +1 775-438-3801. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Gift Returns: If you received a gift and would like to return it, you may return the item for store credit in the form of a gift card. Please contact us for assistance with your gift return.
