How can I place an order?
To place an order, browse our collection on frauche.com, select your desired items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment options may vary by location, and all transactions are processed securely.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact our customer support team immediately if you need to make changes. Once your order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us for assistance.

Shipping costs vary based on your location, order total, and selected shipping method. Standard shipping starts at $5 USD, while free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, some items like intimate apparel are not eligible for returns.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item. Contact us to initiate the process. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a flat fee of $5 USD may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
